Email hello@danzi.ai. Tell us the email address of your danzi account, and if it's about one wish or offer, paste its link from the app. That's all we need to find it.

Found a security problem? Put “Security” in the subject line and describe what you saw. Please don't test it against other people's accounts.

• Forgot your password? Reset it here. Resetting signs you out everywhere and disconnects apps like Claude or ChatGPT.
• danzi is opening in small batches. If your account is on the waitlist, you'll get access when your turn comes. No need to sign up twice.
• Change your name, delivery country or notifications on the You page in the app.

danzi finds options and watches prices; it doesn't sell anything. When you buy, you buy at the store, so your order confirmation, delivery, returns and refunds are with that store. Contact them directly. Choosing a deal in danzi pauses the hunt; it doesn't place an order.

• Prices are what your guardian saw at the time, with shipping where the store showed it. Always confirm the final total at the store before you pay.
• Not right for you? Reject the offer and say why. Your guardian keeps the reason and won't bring the same thing back unless it's clearly cheaper.
• A wrong product, price or delivery claim? Send us the offer's link and what the store shows; we'll look into it.

Turn notifications on, test them, and choose what you hear about on the You page → Notifications. On iPhone and iPad they work in danzi added to your home screen (Share → Add to Home Screen), opened from there.

How to connect, what an assistant can see, and the tools it uses are on the connector page. To disconnect one, remove it in the assistant's settings and revoke it under connected apps.
